CAR RENTAL TIMETABLE IN FELANITX AND PORTOCOLOM OFFICES
Car rental at the Felanitx and Portocolom offices is from 9 am to 9 pm
(12 hours)
Included in the price:
VAT and taxes included.
Unlimited mileage.
Coverage against theft of vehicles.
Personal Injury Assistance (PAI).
The amount for the excess or deductible will vary depending on the category of the vehicle.
This deposit will be charged on the clients credit card upon pickup. If the customer returns the vehicle in the same condition in which it was collected, we will proceed to the return the deposit. Damages caused to the vehicle that are not covered by the insurance will be charged against the deposit.
In case of any accidents or damages to the vehicle, the customer is required to fill out an accident report and deliver it to our office. Also, if the vehicle is stolen, the customer is required to report to the police and submit the complaint in our office.
Any accidents or damages to the vehicle not notified shall be construed as negligence by the customer and this may incur to additional charges.
Rent a car Bennasar SL is not responsible for the fees charged by your bank upon the return of the deposit to your credit card.
The concerted third party insurance covers the renter and authorized drivers against liability by amount of seventy million euros (50.000.000.- €).
3rd... driver: € 3 / day. Maximum of € 30 per driver per hire period.
Insurance "Young driver" for drivers between 21-25 years old: 500€ deductible.
In these cases there is no possibility to cancel the Excess, and hiring is only allowed for groups A, B, C.
Any accessory baby seats, child seats, etc .. Prices are available to the customer at the time of booking on our website.
It is the resposibility of the renter the following cases of loss or damage:
Loss or damage to keys.
All Costs caused due to wrong type of fuel being administered to the vehicle.
Towing Service (only when the client incurs in negligence that is not covered by insurance.)
VISA, Mastercard, are accepted. Not American Express.
We hand the car over to you with a quarter full tank (minimum), and you will have to return it in the same condition.
In case the car is returned with less fuel, the client will be charged €20 besides the difference in fuel, for feuling costs.
We don′t charge you for the tank of fuel.
Rent a car Bennasar SL charges an administrative fee of 20 Euros (VAT included) to the client when we receive a traffic ticket. Rent a car Bennasar is obliged by law to provide information of the renter to the authorities in case of a traffic fine.
This fee does not include the payment of the traffic fine; The customer must pay the authorities directly.
AIRPORT CAR PARK TICKET
The ticket for leaving the airport car park will be charged to the client up to a maximum of €15.
Clients abandoning vehicles elsewhere than the agreed in the lease shall be liable for costs incurred for breach of contract. Moreover, apart from the daily rental fee, a daily charge of 30 Euros (VAT included) penalty will apply.
Vehicles can not be taken abroad or between islands.
Customers will need to provide us with a local address (flat, apartment, villa, hotel, etc.)
The minimum driver age is 21 years, with a driving license with a length of more 3 years.
If the vehicle category reserved is not available at the time of collection, we will provide one upgrade at no additional cost.
The insurance does not cover, in any case, accidents or damages caused to the vehicle by driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medications or any other substance that reduces the driver′s ability, or when the driver is not one of the authorized drivers in the contract, or even so, if the damages occur due to breach of what is established in the contract or the basic traffic regulations.
The rental price includes a standard cleaning of the vehicle, however, if the vehicle is returned extremely dirty, Rent a car Bennasar SL will be forced to charge € 95 for special cleaning.
If the vehicle is returned later than the date agreed in the lease, the insurance will be invalidated, and the customer will be responsible for payment of € 30 per day (VAT included). In addition to this payment, the customer will also be responsible for paying the daily rental rate.
Delivery service at the airport is free. The customer will pay the parking fee at Palma airport at the time of collection. The amount of the ticket should not exceed € 15, and if it does the client can claim the amount exceeded except in deliveries between 19:00 to 8:00, when it can reach up to € 25. Rent a car Bennasar will pay the parking fee when the customer returns the vehicle at the termination of his contract.
